On 19th of May, 2026, I had the absolute pleasure of gifting my latest book - "Manipur's Experience with AFSPA" to His Excellency, Ahsok Gajapathy Raju, the Honourable Governnor of Goa, in his office at the Lok Bhawan. Shri Raju is from the well-known royal family of the vivianagaram, the son of the last Maharaja of the Kingdom. When one meets him and interacted, he bear no royal tag, but a gentleman full of manners, down to earth and a very good communicator. It was a priviledge that I had this opportunity to gift him one of my works, behind which, a lot of hardwork was invested. I can't be more grateful.
